You will have full access to the apartment and a shared laundry room in the building.

If you have two cars, you can park one in front of the garage on North Lindsay Drive (but please note this spot is not gated. You can enter the property using the pedestrian gate code)

Your apartment has digital door locks so that you can check in on your own. Meeting you there in person won’t be necessary, but we will be available 24/7. If you need anything at all, just send us a quick message.

➤ If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

➤ No parties or events allowed

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ For security and registration purposes, all guests staying at the property must provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.

➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property


➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit (or through Airbnb resolutions)

This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a $70 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

➤ For security reasons, NO food or package deliveries inside our gated complexes or internal buildings. Please meet them outside the buildings or gates.

➤ Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding

Cuenta con área de lavado y secado muy funcional.

Tuvimos el inconveniente que de alojará un tlacuache en el sistema de ventilación, sin embargo en cuanto avisamos a Tim, envío un especialista para capturar al animalito (sin dañarlo).

Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y apta para salir a caminar o correr alrededor.

Muy cerca del hospital universitario de Oklahoma, por cualquier emergencia.

We stayed 6 nights, great location for us a family of 4. We loved the convenience of a washer & dryer. Tim was very responsive and proactive. The kitchen could use more silver wear, cooking pots and extra chair for the 4th person. Suggest to provide more than only 1 toilet paper and only 1 garbage bag since it’s not enough to get you start it. At night the place is very quiet, which is great for a good night of sleep. Overall a great stay!

Tim's place was cool. It was somewhere in a decent area that I could go to sleep and that was what I was going for. Pictures were spot on for the stay. I expected for it to be its own place based off the description and photos but it was more of a garage that was turned into a dwelling, not a deal breaker. The door is kind of tricky but also not a big deal.

The problems I encountered were:

• There were yellow stains in the tub which made showering very uncomfortable for me
• The toilet seat was broken and would pinch you whenever sitting on it. I was sure to communicate this with Tim. He said he would look into it but nothing changed. I had to deal with that for my entire stay
• There were what looked like makeup stains in the bedroom linen. Made sleeping there uncomfortable because I was unsure if they were clean

Aside from that Tim was very prompt. I messaged him at 4 o'clock in the morning and received a response immediately which I appreciated.

The place is clean and gorgeous, I love that it’s fenced in and feel like your stuff is protected. However, their paperwork and check in process contradict each other. The paperwork states to be strictly on time to meet someone to show your ID/passport to someone. Yet, the email just told me how to get inside. So I waited an hour for a representative or the e-mails to tell me it’s a self check-in. I felt like I could have checked in earlier. Also both beds and couch were extremely firm to the point it messed up my hips. I was actually more comfortable on the floor. Other than that, the shower pressure was wonderful, loved that I could watch a movie and connect to the internet. It was easy to figure out the lock system.

Negative: Booking agent did not know how to register the damage deposit requiring several message exchanges and a new credit card. Booking agent denied need for gate code, then later sent it.
Door to apartment was left wide open upon our arrival, with garbage bags on sidewalk. Yellow stains on bathtub, hairs around tub drain. Toilet paper dispenser was broken, with only 1 roll of toilet paper in apartment. Key lock on apartment front door difficult to operate.

This was the perfect spot for a 3-night stay. Its location makes it easy to visit many of OKC’s highlights and restaurants (with excellent recommendations from the host). The master bedroom door kept getting stuck after closing it, would need help from the outside to open. Bathroom tub was stained yellow. There were no napkins in the kitchen. There were small dead bugs all over the floor. The building is old so it smelled pretty bad. The neighbors would come out like at 1am and talk till 2-3am, could hear all of their conversations. Besides that, the rooms were pretty clean. You get what you paid for.

Tim's place was amazing. We just moved to Oklahoma City from Denver colorado, and we were extremely exhausted from a long drive. It was me, my wife, and 7-year-old daughter, and it was the perfect place. Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful home, with updated remodeling. Even though it's an old building, it looked brand new inside. He did extra things to accommodate us, and went above and beyond. He did everything he could to be the best introduction to the state. Very friendly, very communicative, and always responsive in the kindest and gentlest way. If anyone is ever in the area, and you see his Airbnb listed, you would be missing out if you went anywhere else. It’s an older building with several units, this one was on the bottom floor, so when there was someone staying upstairs the creaking floors became pretty annoying. The couch is very uncomfortable, but other than that it’s not a bad place, it’s not five star but it’s not a one.

Positive: The apartment met our OKC visit needs. Good location, quiet, clean, safe. Liked the extra throw blankets to cozy up at night. Overall would plan to return.
Negative: Light from outside at night was a little bright in bedroom. People in upstairs apartment could be heard walking around during their early departure. Understood for an old building, floorboards creak and people stomp when hurried. Check the conditioner container in the shower. Appeared to be clogged.
