Could not have asked for a better stay while in Memphis. Beautiful neighborhood to walk through and quick drives to anything you want to experience in downtown! Communication was quick and honest.
This apartment was well appointed and in what could be one of the best locations in Memphis. Located minutes from the colorful (at night) Mississippi River bridges, the National Civil Rights Museum and the charming and graceful historic Mid-City area, this apartment was well appointed and served us well. We only stayed one night but could have stayed several. The kitchen had whatever we needed, the space was efficient and comfortable and, even being in an old house, everything was up to date and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again. Nice work, Tim!

Tim's place is a very nice place to stay and in a great location. The design of the apartment is very modern and welcoming. Lots natural light from windows. Super comfortable bed and bedroom. Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus! Great desk space to work with a laptop. Attention to detail in the apartment is outstanding. The neighborhood is very nice. I highly recommend this as a place to stay on a trip to Memphis!

There's no reason for this place to be less than 5 stars. For starters, it's in an amazing part of town and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. From the heat switch in thr bathroom to the en suite laundry all the way to the study nook. I loved it and hope to stay again on a return trip. Thanks again Tim!
Overall our stay here was pretty good! The apartment is decorated very well, and has updated appliances. The host offers complimentary coffee/tea, and shampoo/conditioner. The apartment is located is a nice area, we never felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. The cleanliness was a little below par for us unfortunately. There is hardwood floor throughout the apartment, and it was just a simple lack of sweeping that makes me say that. Nothing that was a huge issue for us. They also left out the broom and mop from cleaning, which would not have been a huge deal, but the mop head was dirty and wasn’t pleasant to look at walking into the office/laundry area. We did have issues one night with neighbors upstairs doing construction very late at night, hammering for about two hours, which kept us from sleeping for a while. Just a heads up for large vehicle owners, parking is in the back of the building and is TIGHT. It wasn’t a huge deal for us, but if you don’t have a back up camera it could cause some issue and stress. They also have the trash set out on the curb for the apartment building, so having to see everyone’s trash right beside your parking space is a bit of a eye sore. Overall, it was a nice stay. We were within 10 minutes to most places that we wanted to visit during our stay.

Tim is great with his communication and very informative. parts of my stay were less than admirable but I believe everyone should form their own opinions based on their own experiences. Unsure whether I would book again in the future.

The Airbnb was perfect for our overnight stay on our way home, the place was very clean and inviting, it was on the smaller side but we didn’t need anything bigger since it was only two of us and we were really only there to sleep!
This apartment was so great for a short trip with my cousin in Memphis! The area is very residential and close to so many activities and restaurants. The apartment is clean and very stylish. The bed was also probably the most comfortable sleep of my life and the shower was amazing. The only complaint I could give was because of how thin the walls are, we could sometimes hear the footsteps of the apartment above us but it wasn’t that much of a distraction or bother. Would book again in a heartbeat!
The space was very clean and put together. Very nice for a weekend get away. The location was great as well, only about a 10 minute drive from Beale street. I will say that the neighbors have a dog they you’ll probably hear in the mornings though and the AC unit made a lot of noise during the night so we ended up just turning it off. This isn’t anything that would keep me from returning though.
Everything was great for our small getaway. The host were super responsive when we needed them. We absolutely loved the area as well. Would definitely return.

Our stay was great! Cute spot. Easy access and plenty of ubers to get around. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the couch was meant for small people.

Figuring out parking was a little complicated and there was somebody in our spot when we got there (to be fair, it was around 11pm) but once we were settled in, everything was fine. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchenette and laundry in unit were nice to have. The lighting in the bathroom was nice, there is a ring light! Downside was that there was no full length mirror. For the price, a little smaller than I expected but otherwise a pleasant stay

This was an easy and convenient place to stay on a stop overnight during our cross-country trip. They space had everything we needed for 1 nights stay. We especially loved the private parking that was right outside our door. This was a major plus for us. Communication was timely as were were able to quickly reserve the place same day. The only downside to this place was that it was not as clean as we would have liked. I think this was a one off situation for us as the majority of reviews did not had these issues. I have no doubt Tim and his team would have addressed this if we were staying longer as their customer service was excellent.

If you’re looking for a spot b can close to downtown and don’t have any allergies to the smell of smoke or weed, this may be a good spot for you. Keep in mind the advertisement indicates the fee is $63 a night but with the cleaning fee & taxes, a one night stay costs $158.
Great place in an awesome location. They were swift in their response time and super friendly! I appreciated the music upon entry and the link for “things to do” while in the city. Awesome shower, great little living area, and super cute bedroom. The unit is just perfect!! Would definitely book again.
This apartment is in a great location and is a 15 minute drive away from pretty much everything. Great area for walking but it is mostly residential. Very clean and quiet. The kitchen is conducive with light cooking, but probably not for more than one person. This is one of the newer kinds of listings where there is a team managing multiple units. The hosts are very responsive, but it is a little bit less personal than a single host listing. Has less of a local feel that historically differentiated Air b&b from a hotel or other kinds of comercial accommodations.
Tim’s midtown apartment was exactly what we needed for our quick trip. It was cozy and had everything we needed and the value was great for our trip. He has thoughtful touches like lovely jazz music playing when we arrived. We were thankful for good coffee and the comfortable bed. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we were planning to do. Tim even has a guide for his guests with trip suggestions and tips! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend his place to anyone.

The stay wasn't terrible but I definitely had to do some cleaning in order to be comfortable during my stay. The first thing I noticed was that the reserved parking spot was taken, and was taken majority of my stay. My next encounter was the toilet which was covered in dried up pee. The bedding had to be washed before I could get any rest in the bedroom. The entire studio had a very bad gnat problem, the bathroom especially. The reception is not very good there but the wifi helped out a little. This is not a bad stay it just needs some tender loving care💙
Loved this Airbnb! It was clean and consistent with its listing description, the host team was responsive to communication and requests, and the value for the location and privacy was perfect. The studio is thoughtfully furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. Would definitely stay here again!
Good place overall with a fairly central & convenient location in Memphis, but be forewarned it is quite small and feels old as one of several apartments in an older house that was subdivided. Host team responds quickly to any issues, very good communication.

Cute little studio apartment. Nice location, the neighborhood was cute. The apartment had a bit of a musty smell and probably could have used a good sweep and dusting, but it was fairly clean other than that. The parking lot was problematic for our bigger car. We have a midsize SUV and it was a tight fit for us. We did enjoy our stay, though and I thought the apartment was adorable and comfortable.
The apartment was quite cute. However the location was not ideal. The driveway was extremely narrow as was the back alley. Parking was extremely tight. Larger vehicles cannot pull into the drive without receiving damage.
Adorable studio in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Short Uber/Lyft ride to Beale Street. No issues with parking behind the building. Loved the community kitty that lives in the parking lot who was there to greet us everytime we arrived back. The air conditioning worked great for those hot & humid nights! Loved having the washer and dryer available since we are on a long roadtrip. Perfect place top stay for a couple.
Very nice studio, everything was great, only issue was parking since I had an SUV rental, I parked on the main street most of the time but it was easier to come and go that way.

Had a great time at this Airbnb. It’s in an amazing location next to many tasty restaurants and within driving distance from almost anywhere. The neighborhood itself is fun to explore if you have the time. Bed is comfy and amenities were just what we needed for a quick trip to Memphis!
Tim was very responsive. The parking spot being near the door allowed safe and quick entry into the unit. The unit was very clean, perfect for 1-2 people. I’d recommend this spot to a friend for sure.

I had booked this apartment but due to an incident there the night before we were given a newly remodeled apartment close to downtown and Beale Street. The location was perfect. The only drawback was that it was over a restaurant and got noisy in the evenings till 10. The staff were very accommodating and took great care of us. I highly recommend this.
I had a great experience despite being an unorthodox guest and first time Airbnb user. Supplies were well stocked and the apartment well suited for a couples’/solo trip to Memphis.

Good choice for a couple looking to stay overnight or for a day or two in Memphis. Better choice for those with smaller vehicles; driveway and alley are narrow, but there is street parking for larger vehicles if you don’t mind it. Listing was tidy and comfortable.

Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic and so accommodating. Our plans ended up being very uncertain due to ice and snow (we were driving in from Texas) and they were available the whole time to help us and answer questions. Tim was a great host! The place was very clean, the directions/instructions were simple and precise, and he was very thoughtful. I was traveling through several states to get to this location and he notified me of the bad weather that I would be experiencing. Never had anyone do that before. It was so appreciated especially since driving at night when you can’t see much to begin with. I would definitely recommend him and this place to anyone, and would seek out this place or any other place from him in the future!

The entrance and alley are very narrow, but the studio itself is very clean and offers all the accommodations you will need. The addition of a washer/dryer is very nice, as is the small vanity offering additional space for getting ready each day. Since it is a historic home, the bedroom is somewhat tight and the floors somewhat unlevel. It is great to have your own parking space too! The hosts do an excellent job of communicating and responding to your needs. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great place; nice and quiet
Tim was great! The apartment was very clean, cute, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in between midtown and downtown so we didn’t have to drive much to see anything. Check in was a breeze and Tim stayed in touch the whole time. 10/10 experience!
The door to the apartment is not properly sealed and has a huge 1cm gap between the door and the doorframe. At night the apartment quickly became full of mosquitoes and other bugs and there was no way to keep them out. I got probably 20 mosquito bites just from being in the apartment. The place itself is nice otherwise, but the broken door makes it feel equivalent to sleeping in a shed. I do not recommend staying at this place until the owner fixes the door.
Tims place was perfect for me to finish up a work project. in addition i have a nerve condition and limited leg use. The wooden walkway /ramp was a huge bonus and the walk in shower. thanks again
My stay with Tim was great! If you are looking to stay in the heart of Memphis this place is for you. Really conveniently located near Beale St, Sun Studio, and a short drive to Graceland. Tim and his team were super helpful and quick to respond anytime I had a question. It could have been more cleanly but overall the place was well kept.

Great historical residential area that is a short ride to downtown. Would definitely recommend and return. Note* Parking is very tight in the reserved parking area! Glad we brought our car instead of our truck.
