This stay has been one of the best, easiest stops on my road trip! The space was clean and safe with lots of great little touches and amenities. The parking was easy and in a shaded spot! Great stay!
For the price would have expected a cleaner environment, especially with the advertising of extra cleaning for COVID. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy feeling.

The space was just as pictured and PERFECT for a solo trip or a couples getaway. Literally close to everything and they give great suggestions on places to visit and eat. Check in and checkout were a breeze! Parking is definitely a tight space for larger cars, but ample parking once you get to the lot. Neighbors are all great, quiet and kind. Definitely would recommend 💚 Overall great stay!
The apartment has everything one needs and the bed was very comfortable! Check in was also very easy and there is ample parking in the back. It’s about a 15 minute walk to an area with lots of restaurants and an easy drive to downtown. We thought the unit was a little overpriced (once you include all fees), but overall a good experience and we enjoyed our stay in Memphis.

Very clean inside and very close to a number of interesting food and coffee spots - the hosts were responsive when needed as well!
We would definitely recommend staying here! The location seemed safe, we were close to everything we needed (usually took a car) and had plenty of suggestions from the host!
I loved this apartment. It was clean, right in the heart of Midtown, and easy to access. The only downsides are the stairs to get up to your apartment. Beyond that, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Memphis. Thanks for having us!

We decided to make a last minute trip to Memphis and found Tim’s place! Perfect size place for a couple. It’s only a 5 minute drive to downtown and an even shorter drive to adorable midtown! We would definitely stay here again.

This place was very gross. For one the bathroom toilet was not flushed! The whole apartment looked dirty and smelled bad. But the main reason I left early was because of the gun shots and physical violence in the area. Be careful staying here

Staying at Tim's place really made this trip into Memphis memorable. There's a lot of great things to say about it but just to emphasize on some of the highlights here's a few:
- Overton Park is about a half mile away. My wife and I are fitness fanatics so we were excited to learn that this huge park with a beautiful running trail was just a 2 minute car ride away. (And houses a stage where Elvis played and live music is performed! Sans pandemic circumstances of course)
- It really is within walking distance of a lot of neat stuff. Granted, overton square is about a 15 minute walk but there's a lot of great locally owned cafes and restaurants less than a block away.
- The room is so cozy. There's enough "leg room" to not feel cramped if you're staying multiple nights. The fact that there's a kitchenette with a fridge and appliances (with pots and pans!) really tops it off. We didn't have to splurge every day to get food from somewhere for breakfast/lunch because we could just go to the store and save it for the next day.
- The balcony really made our stay here magical. It was great waking up in the morning and sipping on some coffee to enjoy the amazing weather. And in the evening to just have a beer/wine and watch some Netflix on the iPad as we wind down for the night. (And the WiFi is great!)
Can't say enough good things about this little gem. Whether you're staying overnight or for a few days, this place has what you need to make your stay comfortable.

It’s a quaint apartment in midtown. The neighbors are nice. The shaded parking in the back will fill at a certain time but there’s lots of room back there. It was a nice place for a weekend away.

This place is so cute! The kitchen makes use of the small space and the closet is huge! Really comfy bed and pillows too. Though parking was in the back, due to the rain I parked right up front. It is definitely in what I would call a nice neighborhood. After driving around a few streets and into the neighborhood, I did not have any concern with the area or my vehicle and things being targeted. As a young single female (if I stayed in town longer than just a night) I wouldn’t have any hesitation at all to walk up and down the street or to the restaurants or stores nearby. Definitely would stay again.

Very quick responses. Clean place. Centrally located. It was nice having parking in the back. Only thing to be aware of is that the mattress is firm, so just keep that in mind if that's a preference of yours. We had a great trip exploring Memphis and retreating here!

Tim’s place is a nice studio apartment. Kitchen and bathroom kinda small but it’s cool. It’s neat, wifi signal is strong, heat works, and quiet.
Tim's property is great. Location is convenient to anything you want to do in Memphis, private, safe, parking in the rear of building off the street, nice touches and we loved that there was a washer & dryer in the basement because we went to Memphis for a 4 day Valentine's getaway and had 4 flights cancelled, so we ended up staying at Tim's property twice during our unexpected 9 day stay. They are very quick to respond on anything needed and the apartments are stylish, comfortable, have great wifi and Netflix! We will definitely be back. Both my husband and me really enjoyed the property!
We stayed here on our way to Hot Springs from Nashville. The house was easy to find and we were able to park on the street. There is parking behind the house which is great in case street parking wasn't available. Checking in and out was easy and they communicated very well throughout my stay. The space was quaint and great for a couple or single person. The rain shower was a major highlight. The bed is firm as all other reviews have shared. The walls are thin so just keep that in mind as well! We didn't get to explore the walkable attractions and hope to next time.

Great spot for an extended weekend getaway! Getting to Downtown, Overton, or any number of the local breweries is just a 5-10 minute drive away. The place is very cool inside and has everything you need if you want to dine in for an evening. Would definitely recommend for folks wanting to explore all Memphis has to offer.

We arrived an hour after checkin time and the apartment was a mess. It smelled like coffee and there was coffee cups and dishes in the kitchen. There was a pile of dirt on the floor, where it looked like someone started sweeping but quit. Also, there was a trash can full of clothes with some of them on the floor and the bed had been used. The front door of the building was open when we arrived. We left and found a hotel instead. We communicated with the host and they eventually offered a refund after trying to give other options such as a free night or one of their other locations.
This place was super cute. I loved the drawers under the bed and the huge closet. The room actually reminded me of my old place in NY so it was just right for me LOL The fridge is full size and that’s always a plus in my book. There’s a list of recommended restaurants and even though I’m from Memphis, so much has changed and I appreciated having some guidance for what’s in the area.

The studio was in a great location close to Midtown which I actually preferred over the chaos of Beale Street. Tim made all the check in instructions very clear and gave great recommendations for things to do. Would definitely stay again!
The location was wonderful and less than 15 min from everything. The space seemed smaller once we got there, but it was clean and perfect for a short getaway.

Quiet spot and accessible to downtown Memphis
This is in a lovely location with easy access to Midtown, Cooper-Young, and Downtown. The number of subtle noises in the apartment will surprise you. The ceiling fan, noisy. The light over the table, high pitched whiny. The toilet, running every 10 minutes. The clock over the bed, ticking every second. Bring ear plugs if this kind of thing annoys you. The place could use a good mopping or sweep or vacuum to collect all the dust and hair.

Parking is available on the street or around back though the driveway is tight so be confident in your driving skills. The immediate neighborhood isn’t great but you’re a 5-10min drive/uber to the best parts of Midtown and Coopers-Young.
