Great location. Modern amenities and decor. It looks exactly like the pictures. Tim was a great host. The walls are thin so weekend noise from outside was easily heard. Very quiet during the week. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a great stay in Memphis. The bnb’s location is perfect, close to Beale St, and museums. The space is clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay again!
Cool freshly remodeled historical building in downtown Memphis, walking distance from lots of stuff to do.
The unit was very nice with a large main room and nice bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue with the bathroom window not being frosted to the edges, but hopefully the host will resolve that.
It was surprisingly quiet for the location and we slept well. There is a white noise generator on the nightstand but we did not use it. The bed is very comfortable and has two night stands. Be sure to turn the bedroom fan/light off with the switch at night as the neighbors remote can turn it on in the middle of the night.
Internet was shared within the building and also useable from the restaurant down stairs which was convenient. There is ample coverage with quality commercial equipment. I saw speeds in the 200/20 range on wifi and had no issues working and spending hours a day on Zoom.
Kitchen is well equipped, washer and dryer are nice, furniture is comfortable, and TV is decent. The place is at least as nice as the pics and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is no elevator but it was not too bad and we travel with a lot of stuff (multiple suitcases and rolling bins - we airbnb full time). Use the back entrance for bringing in your bags for more room and fewer steps. Parking was not physically secure, but with good lighting, the nearby restaurant employees smoking/taking break on the far side of the lot, and local residents coming and going there did not seem to be much opportunity for break-ins. We felt pretty comfortable leaving our vehicle in the lot.
The location of this place was PERFECT!!!! So close to everything. The modern decor was super cute and homey. I would absolutely recommend this place. The hallway on the third floor is a bit warm, you can feel the temp change as you climb the stairs but the rooms are very comfortable. Our one and only issue was the bedroom light and ceiling fan coming on and going off at random times with no one controlling it lol.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and everything is just as advertised. Just be able to climb up and down stairs with no problem. There’s no elevator in this building and we were not aware of that until we got there.
My wife and I spent a great long weekend in Memphis. The place was spacious and we loved the location - an easy walk to most of the downtown restaurants and attractions. We really loved it.

This apartment is in a great location. There is free parking and free, fast WiFi which were great. The unit is modern and well decorated and was pretty clean.
Everything was excellent. I loved all of the natural light from every window in the place. The remote controlled ceiling fan was a nice touch for the bedroom. Definitely a must return for me.
This Air BnB is Air BnB goals. It was everything I expected then some. Everything I did from food to museums was walking distance.

Fantastic place in a perfect location. Everything we wanted to see in Memphis was within easy walking distance. We only had to use Uber once and that was to visit Graceland which is a bit too far to walk. There is also a trolley stop on the block. Everything about this place was exactly as described and shown. Super clean! Extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of great restaurants and bars right outside the door. Very safe location as well. Host responded quickly to a few questions I had. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
This place was absolutely perfect! Everything is exactly as pictured and the character of the unit was everything. The unit was very clean and had a very pleasant smell! The bed was very comfortable, the towels were nice and plush. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The location overall was great! The restaurant downstairs was amazing. There was very minimal noise in the unit, this was a surprise with it being located upstairs from such a busy restaurant. Walking distance to everything, you will not be disappointed. Any time I go to Memphis this is where we will stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment had everything we could need and was beautifully decorated. Parking was provided and the bed and furniture was extremely comfortable. This condo was exactly as described. It is clean, quiet and spacious in a secure building and very close to Beale Street and the Civil Rights museum. Tim and Mary kept great communication before my stay and during it. They also made many helpful suggestions and always answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying with them!

Great parking. Easy access to apartment. Walking distance to several attractions. Beautiful apartment.
Pros: Clean, spacious, nice amenities such as a washer and dryer in the room. you do not need a car to get to most downtown locations. Easy access to the property via a keypad. Nice restaurant on the first floor.
Cons: Because it is on Main Street, it can be noisy at night. No elevator, no local cable TV to watch local news.
Other: The mattress is extremely firm and there were no books or tourism information in the room..
Location, location, location - you cannot beat it! Loved this area of Memphis (south Main) with lots of stuff to explore and only a few blocks to Beale St. Especially good for a longer stay since there's a washer/dryer in the space, dedicated parking space, and great wifi. Also, surprised and grateful for how quiet it was despite the location. There's general street noise here and there, but nothing extreme. Was my first time to Memphis and this space and likely won't be the last!
My husband and I absolutely loved our long weekend stay! It was the perfect location to walk/drive wherever we needed. Having the designated parking spot made us more willing to leave and explore because we knew there was always somewhere to park when we returned. I read other reviews regarding the noise, but we didn't experience that at all. All communication was prompt and it was probably the shortest Airbnb check-out list I've ever had! We would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. Extremely clean - amazing central location - walkable to everything! The included parking spot was also a MAJOR plus as parking in downtown Memphis can be difficult. Have already recommended this place to several friends and will come back!

Tim'splace is as pictures - very spacious and kept clean. It was easy to access and park. if you have a lot of baggage be prepared for some stairs. The bathroom soap was too watered down and there were no paper towels, but everthing else about the stay was fine. I'd recommend it.

The restaurant that connects to the building is great, walking to Beale St. takes minutes. Was rarely drove anywhere and just explored on foot.

Incredible place! The photos do not do this place any justice. To start, the aprtment is incredibly clean and has all the luxuries you’d have in your own home. The stay accommodates both short term and long term travelers with cookware and washer and dryer units within the apartment. But, most of all, I enjoyed the proximity to all the surrounding restaurants, and bars. Tim gives the guests his favorite spots, I suggest you consider them. It feels safe and you’ll enjoy the sounds of the city. Book it!

My wife and I can if for the Great River Race to run a half marathon and needed a place downtown to stay so we could get up the next morning and just walk to the race without having to drive in and park. Great location on Main. My wife fell in love with Tim’s place as soon as we walked in. She is a true city girl at heart. Anywho great time stay there and great places to eat just in a few minutes away. You never have to drive if you plan on walking around down town. Thank you again Tim for the great stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay down town.

Perfect space a few blocks from the Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel and from Beale Street, close enough to everything but far enough from the noise. This looks like it was a commercial building converted to all short-term apartments, and ours was very spacious and perfect for a longer stay. Parking was never stressful, and there were lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and the like a few easy blocks walk.

The unit was pristine, peaceful, and perfectly located in the South Main Arts District, one of Memphis' premier neighborhoods.
I only wish that I could have extended my trip with this wonderful host and his incomparable downtown getaway.

Negative: Only one very thin small dish towel in the kitchen. Would recommend adding a roll of paper towels. Mattress was a too little firm. Power in the building went out, no hot for showering, no ability to cook breakfast. Power was out from about 2:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. property management was not willing to relocate us or compensate.

Tim communicated well, always responded, very kind. Excellent location. The condo itself was spacious and fully stocked. My only issue, we were only provided one small face towel for bathing for two ppl, two night stay and the iron didn’t work, had to borrow from the neighbors.

Negative: The noise outside. It really didn't bother us but did tend to get a bit loud.
For perspective - We are a 69 yo couple who visited Memphis as tourists. We hoped to see Beale Street & surrounding areas & this was perfect for that. I would call the apartment 'urban-hip.' It was clean and tidy. Fully stocked kitchen & plenty of clean towels in bath (which has an awesome hot shower). The trolly station was a block or so from the apartment. You can hop on & off all day for $2. It takes you all around downtown area. From the apartment we walked to The Rock & Soul Museum, Civil Rights Museum, Peabody, AutoZone Park, Fed X Stadium, Beale Street & more. Bass Pro Pyramid was a trolly ride away. Memphis isn't complete without Graceland which was an easy 15 min drive from apartment. Of note: I thought the bed was much too firm but my husband said he's never slept better. As listing noted, there is no elevator & the apartment is on the third floor. My hubby found this somewhat challenging after walking all day. No fuss check out. They do it all Would definitely stay again.

Place was clean and check in was easy. Apartment is located on the third floor and close to restaurants, the Civil Rights museum, Beale Street and other tourist attractions. Trolly runs right in front of the building. As described, apartment does not have an elevator. This place was the best value for the money - especially if you are staying for several days.
Great location and this apartment is fantastic! Love the exposed brick and history of the building. Open concept and layout was perfect. The only things missing were paper towels and a small dresser would have been nice in the bedroom. Overall, you will not be disappointed. Too, the host was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided a list of favorite to do’s during our stay.
We enjoyed staying here. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The communication with the property manager was prompt. We were in walking distance to Beall Street. Graceland was 20 minutes away which was an awesome experience.
Loved the loft. Vert convenient. Lots of steps. We did okay with them, but would be hard for many of our senior friends.
The place was extremely clean and very well kept. Very close to Beale street and all the entertainment downtown. I totally messed up and meant to book 2 nights and only booked one. The manager was more than helpful and went out of his way to accommodate me. Can’t say enough good about this place.

Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but we didn’t have any problem with noise at night. Host company were excellent and responded to any question we had very quickly. I’d definitely stay here again.
The property was very clean with elegantly decorated modern decor, lots of wonderful windows, quiet, and with coffee service. We walked in the area,and had wonderful cocktails in the Peabody Hotel main lobby bar. The weather in Memphis was mild and the AC unit worked great! We ate most meals in The Picaddilly cafeteria in east Memphis. The mattress was super comfy, and the shower/bath tub was pleasant. Excellent choice for a VRBO stay in Memphis! Third floor walkup was not difficult, and automated door security was handy. Parking was convenient and secure. Pleasant and easy walk to overlook the Mississippi River.
The apartment was clean & in a great location. There was a restaurant downstairs with delicious food! Tim was very friendly & always responded in a timely manner! The stay was great 10/10!
