Very convenient to all things Beale Street and only a 15 minute drive to Graceland. Clean and comfortable. Be prepared to carry your things up quite a few stairs as there is no elevator in the building.

This place is magical. Moody. Very Memphis. Inside it’s a little oasis. Clean, quiet, really special. Incredible restaurants all around and check out Klein Fitness across the street. I really could go on and on. And you’re just far away enough and close enough to Beale street in order to enjoy it but walk back and have a nice quiet time. Also the Civil Rights Museum is just a couple of blocks away. I loved this place so much!!
This place was wonderful. We recommend trying Memphis Soul for breakfast and lunch. Their soul food is authentic and delicious. I had the shrimp and grits twice haha! The area is extremely walkable and close to the National Civil Rights Museum. Extremely close to Beale street, and the river as well. Would stay again 10/10 times.

This place is great! There's plenty of room for the two of us. We took full advantage of many things within walking distance: the bar downstairs (SOB), Beale St, downtown, the Riverwalk, the Civil Rights Museum, etc. And the dedicated parking spot is awesome, too.

This place is way cool. It was very comfortable and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We had plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Quality pots, pans and dishes. The earplugs and sleep masks were a very nice touch! The bed is very comfortable, the thermostat kept the climate exactly how we needed it and the place was very clean. Every thing about the place is first rate to include new appliances. We walked to the National Civil Rights Museum, The Blues Hall of Fame Museum (which was temporarily closed boo), Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken and Beale Street. Beale Street is a blast. Everywhere we walked was clean and safe. Great value and great location. We highly recommend!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We couldn't have asked to be more centrally located, right across from the National Civil Rights Museum and next to the Blues Hall of Fame, just a few blocks from Beale St. (if that's your thing) and surrounded by great food. The place was clean and efficient, great bed and shower, nice kitchen. No elevator which doesn't bother us but if you are someone who struggles with stairs this is not the place. Otherwise a real gem.

The apartment was spotless when we checked in. It looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect. 15 minute walk to Beale st and many other sights, like museums and the river. Many places to eat and drink all around. There is a nice new little grocery store 1/2 mile away.
The apartment is tastefully decorated. Couch, and kitchen table and chairs were comfortable. The bed was a little too firm for my taste. I would recommend upgrading the pillows, sheets and the coffee maker. It would also be nice to have a full length mirror.
The apartment was very quiet though, even though it was close to everything. The communication was excellent. Checking out was very simple and easy. I would stay there again.

Perfect location! Walkable to all the things we wanted to see and experience downtown Memphis. Really cute painted steps that led to the upper floor. We took so many IG pics! Large clean sparkly bathroom. Comfy bed. TV had all the channels and sports needed during playoffs! Love the exposed brick and windows. Excellent host communication. Would stay here again and recommend. No question!

Met our hopes and expectations! We'll stay again if we're passingthrough. Photos in the listing clearly show stairs but we didn't realize there wouldn't be an elevator (we had heavy luggage). Just plan accordingly, it's worth it!
This stay was close to everything. We had most of the essentials such as trash bags and laundry detergent.Netflix was definitely a plus! I love the masks and earplugs left on the nightstand to use. Bed is comfy. Restaurant right downstairs. Location is nice.

10/10 RECOMMEND! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of our time there. The location is great and so close to everything. Once you arrive you don’t even have to get back in your car. We used the Veo scooters to get around. Check in/out was a breeze and the space was so clean. We will definitely be back!
What a wonderful place! The apartment is in a fabulous location, walking distance to so many of downtown Memphis’ best sites, restaurants and clubs. It’s outfitted so well with anything you need, and the building is just plain cool! Tim and his team are so attentive and fabulous with communication. We will most definitely stay here again!

End place and service was... meh. Very minimalist. Bare basics. The base plugs in the kitchen were out. I'm sure it was the cheap coffee maker because it also tripped the living Breaker when I checked to see if it worked because thy kitchen Receptacles were out. (Came to find out they were tripped by the coffee maker also.
I asked for a noon check-in upon booking the room. The host accepted the booking but never mentioned my request for noon time check-in. After asking about it again, i was not accommodated. It was my birthday and i wanted to check-in and settle in, before my dinner date. I ended up doing a late dinner.
The stay was ok. Walking up those stairs because of no elevator was a bit much!
My second business trip/stay at this Airbnb and it won’t be my last. I love this place!
Overall a great space. The noise was not too bad considering the location, everything is walkable which is great! Only a small issue with electric, the lights seem to have a mind of their own sometimes. Available parking and easy entry is great!

This apartment was great. Fantastic location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Super close to Tom Lee Park too (we were here for a music festival there). Host has great recs for coffee and restaurants, was proactive at providing information, and made the whole process seamless. They didn't ask a lot of the renter at checkout (turn off the lights and lock the door), which is always appreciated at these types of rentals. if I ever come back to Memphis, will stay here again.
Perfect location! We were walking distance from Beale St. and so many other restaurants! Tim gives really good recommendations too! The place looked exactly like pictures! There aren’t any curtains to block out the sun for the mornings but that wasn’t a problem for us! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Positive: The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfy! It was such an easy walk to Beale and a short drive to every where else we wanted to go. We liked how the apartment was on Main Street, so it stayed busy at night as we were walking back and never had to worry about anything! I was also surprised to see what all was provided in our room. There were dishwasher pods, hand soap, extra toilet paper, extra shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent. We brought a lot of that ourselves, but I was surprised to see that all provided!
Negative: It was a little noisy at night, but that is to be expected on Main Street. There is a noise machine next to the bed so we kept it on each night to help with the noise! Also, you may want to bring your own pillows!!

Place matched description/pics! Was there during snow/ice storm/freezing temps for IBC event. While the place was easy to locate, the building door did stick due to freezing temps. After I learned that it would stick I had no further prob. Responsive host. The bed was super comfortable! If you have issues climbing 3 flights of stairs this is not the unit for you. I did not, but I did feel a little winded by the time I got to the third landing. No serious noise issues. We did notice one day as we were in bed we must have been sharing a wall with the next-door unit's kitchen. We could hear their microwave whirring and beeping, but nothing other than that. There were no paper towels which I'm used to seeing at most places. The only glasses were 8oz short glasses. Would be nice to have a few 16oz taller glasses. The fridge and microwave worked fine. Wasn't too bright in bedroom. Internet was intermittent but due to winter storm is very understandable. First ever non-laborious checkout!
The location of this place was ideal, walking distance to all the major sites and museums. Recently renovated and large for a studio. Two things to be aware of - there are no blackout shades and there is a lot of noise. The host provides eye masks, ear plugs, and a sound machine, but if that isn’t something you want to deal with, probably not the place for you. Host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

This gem is located close to everything: the National Civil Rights Museum (a somber but WOW experience), great restaurants and bars (highly recommend the Slider Inn’s “Cuban & Reuben Egg Rolls” and Jamieson Slushies), easy walk to Beale Street (hearing Blind Mississippi Morris at the Blues City Cafe a highlight) and right on the trolley line.
The apartment was clean and bright and well-kept. Everything I needed (except paper towels/napkins) for my 5-day stay.
The owner was very easy to reach and helpful. As a first-time Memphis visitor, the “hints” sheet he left providing suggestions for local restaurants, tourist spots, grocery stores, etc. was a very nice touch. (BTW … Sun Studio’s 45-minute tour was an unexpectedly great surprise, and highly recommended for music buffs).
I’d definitely stay here again if I get back to Memphis.
This met our needs perfectly -- we were in town for a weekend to help our daughter. This was a perfect central location that was close to her apartment for when she needed our help, but close to Beale St, restaurants, etc for when we had time to ourselves. The dedicated parking spot was particularly helpful. The unit was clean and comfortable, especially the bed!
Listing is accurate. Stairs, light and some noise to be expected. The only thing I would add is that you do hear the trolley honking as it goes by. We were able to get around easily by walking, driving and riding the trolley. Recommend bringing essentials like snacks and drinks with you. We didn't find any stores near by.
I cannot say enough about our stay and experience with the property! The apartment was just as it is pictured and the description was spot on! The property manager was quick to reply to any and all questions we had! I will definitely seek out another one of these properties again when we go back to Memphis!

Comfortable and newly revamped location. The restaurant on the first floor is extremely convenient. This isn’t for everyone as there is no elevator but it was zero problem for me and my wife. The location is walkable or a short Uber everywhere you’d be in Memphis for. Host is very accessible. Unit is exactly as described. I’ll be looking to book it again.

It was a great location right around the corner from Beale St. Had a great restaurant right downstairs which was very convenient. I was able to walk to some pretty good restaurants and coffee shops….definitely will book again

Great Stay! Perfectly located, we walked most places we had to go to eat, went to a Grizzlies game, even bike riding right across street. Vegan options all around and walkable distance. Had an incident where someone was in our designated parking spot and it was late, reached out Tim and he responded almost immediately. Great stay, will stay again.

Nice apartment that needs improvement to bring it up to scratch.

Negative: Faulty Coffee machine that wasn’t replaced, dust and small bits of debris falling off walls with no cleaning equipment left, one faulty blind that never opened, no plug for sink for washing up, not enough coat hangers left, very small bath towels, front and rear staircase areas unclean with rubbish not disposed of.
When we returned from breakfast on checkout day, my wife and I had to wait outside our Airbnb for over an hour due to internet and alarm issues that caused the locks to malfunction. The host handled this poorly and took an unacceptably long time to respond. Fortunately, since we drove to Memphis, we did not have flights to catch, because we would have missed them.
The host was not proactive with communication and asked us to keep them informed of the situation. To add insult to injury, the host never extended to us the courtesy of a late checkout due to the inconvenience. Quite the opposite, when we tried to engage further with the host, they blocked us from corresponding after extending an apology over text.
Nightlife and trolley-train horn noises were much louder and persistent than we expected so this location is not for light sleepers.
We all know poop happens; ironically, the response from the host was far worse than the issue itself. We would not return.
The apartment was very easy to find and check-in went smoothly. Tim was very proactive in his instructions and provided helpful guides for our stay. The apartment fullfilled the description accurately and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The apartment was nice and the location was perfect. We were easily able to walk every place we wanted to go. We never had to drive our truck or use an Uber. The bed is extremely comfortable. There were a few problems. The biggest is the electrical wiring. The fuses popped constantly. If the TV was on we could not use a plug on that circuit, not even to charge a cell phone. We actually had to move the coffee pot to the floor because it popped the breaker no matter which plug on the kitchen counter we tried. Even the ceiling fan went off during the night probably because the A/C came on. We were constantly trying to identify the blown fuse and reset it. Our other complaint was the noise from sirens during the night. We were there on a Thursday & Friday night. Both nights we were awakened numerous times by first responder sirens. I am not sure if they were fire trucks, police cars or ambulances, but they were very close and very loud.
Tim was an amazing host. Extremely friendly and helpful. Great stay.

a great place in downtown Memphis. definitely walkable, close to Beale street and the Riverside park. We read the coffee table book on the history of Memphis and we found many of the buildings mentioned.
The apartment and parking lot are very safe. a real plus in any city downtown area.
