Cleanliness - extremely clean.
Location - you can walk to so many places. Gus, Lorraine motel, Beale st, civil rights museum. You can bike to the river walk.
Parking - assigned for 1 car and it’s safe.
Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom - you have all that you need.
If you’re sensitive to noise level, there is a restaurant below so keep that in mind. The noise level was noticeable. It didn’t bother me bc I was really tired be the end of the day that I was able to sleep through it. They did provide ear plugs!
If you’re a towel snob, bring your own lol

This place is great!!! Super clean, well decorated, comfortable bed- washer and dryer in unit and great kitchenette. The shower is great and the wifi is fast. Parking was assigned so that was awesome! Great location :)

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb’s to stay in. It’s also on top of one of my favorite restaurants from when I was in college. It brought back good memories and was the perfect place to stay while I revisited my hometown. Tim’s place was also spotless and well maintained.

The only disappointing thing was the TV wasn't working. No basic cable to watch the weather or local news was disappointing. We cut our trip short because of that. They were great about working with us regarding a discounted rate. I would stay again; but now I know to ask about the television next time.

We went to Wiseacre Brewing twice- once for beer and then for beer and pizza.
Many great restaurants within walking distance, but we also recommend driving up to Grind City Brewing and Souls & Sprits.
We highly recommend the Backstage Pass if you’re planning to tour any of the music museums. $84 gets you into Sun Studio, Stax Museum, Rock & Soul and Graceland.
Be prepared to wait for Gus’s Fried Chicken. You can order to-go and eat at the distillery across the street.
Sunrise Memphis was our favorite breakfast spot.
Hit Beale Street early unless crazy Mardi Gras type crowds are your style.
The apartment had a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. It was a nice touch that they provided eye masks and earplugs, but we did not need them. It was quieter at night than expected in #204.
We would stay here again and recommend to others.
Great place great location! We were able to walk almost everywhere. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and bright. Keypad entry makes everything a breeze. We will definitely be staying here whenever we’re in Memphis.
Located in what we consider to be the best location in downtown Memphis, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very clean with a modern stylish decor. The basics to ensure a comfortable stay for 2 people were provided. Security measures used are impressive. Guests are provided a code to enter the building and another code to enter the condo. The codes automatically expire at check out time. We highly recommend staying here.
This place is great! It has a great vibe, very cool building. Clean, conveniently located. They have free parking if you rent a car. We took Uber and Lyft, it worked fine. I would totally stay again.

Wow, ok so let’s just say we could not be happier. The location was perfect for us. A short walk to the crazy that is Beale street but in a cool area all it’s own. A truly wonderful restaurant just under us. Great coffee close by. The trolly was right there. Of course we had a car and were thrilled to have parking. This was our first time in Memphis and the unit was a big part of why we love it so much. We are always prepared to forgive small flaws with the units we get but with this, it was exactly as presented. If I would suggest anything it would be to add a dresser, that said there was adequate room for our things.

Walkable or ride the trolley or scooters or drive. Parking provided. Not a guaranteed quiet area. City night life abounds on the weekends.

Great location and the area has the potential to get even better. The place is clean and modern looking with a good kitchen and excellent bed. The noise from the restaurant did not bother us. You are in an urban part of town so you are going to hear street noises (its part of the charm!) Also, since you are in an urban area, if you bring your car, don't leave valuables in sight and in particular remove any firearms (or better yet don't have them in the first place)
Tim's place is exactly as pictured and I mimic many of the other reviews. Keyless entry and self check-in and check out are always a plus. The unit is spacious and situated on top of SOB restaurant, which has great food and drinks. Several restaurant options within walking distance. The dedicated parking spot was super convenient. Being from Memphis, I try to avoid the madness of downtown when visiting home, but this is a nice quiet part of downtown. The bed is a really firm, but comfortable. As far as cleanliness, the property was definitely one of the cleanest airbnb's I've stayed in. Because of the historic building I did have to deal with a few small spiders/insects during my stay. Nothing too major.
My only con is I didn't feel there were adequate essentials (towels, soap, toilet paper) for a longer stay. We stayed 6 nights and had to wash and reuse towels several times. It also would have been nice to have extra bed linens or an extra blanket on hand in the event guests are not sharing the same bed. Overall, a pleasant stay and would stay again for a shorter period.

We loved our stay at Tim’s place in Memphis. The Airbnb was spotless, and had plenty of amenities, like access to kitchenwares and Netflix. Everything was very clean and organized. The location was also extremely walkable, I hardly drove all weekend. So many good things to see and so close by and lots of delicious restaurants. I also felt very safe and secure in the buildings. Finding it and checking in was also extremely easy, great instructions were given prior to arrival. It met and exceeded my expectations and if I ever come back to memphis I plan to stay here again!

Well appointed unit in the arts district. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the awesome bar and restaurant scene. The apartment felt safe and free from street noise despite the central location. Check out ‘SOB’ restaurant right below the building. Would recommend and book again.

The location was great, such an easy walk to restaurants and attractions and to a great coffee shop! Although there was some noise from the restaurant below it did not disrupt our stay and hey, it's a great restuarant! The bed and furniture were comfy and you have all you need to enjoy Memphis. We felt safe, comfortable and well located, what more could you want?

We needed a last minute accommodation for an unexpected overnight stay. Tim’s loft apartment in the beautifully restored South Main St Historic District was not only the perfect location and price, it was very comfortable and clean. Tim and his assistant were very attentive and helpful with any question we posed or recommendation we inquired about. The designated off-street private parking was ideal and the access/entrance to the unit was very convenient. (No elevator, but easy stairs.) Tim’s unit will now always be our go-to unit for overnight trips to Memphis. The location can’t be beat for the price, convenience and cleanliness.

Tim was extremely prompt and responsive! The apartment was clean, and so lovely. Check in was even easier, and was such a great pit stop for me and my boyfriend. Definitely go to Tamp and Tap while you’re in town. We will be coming back!

The place is perfect for 2. It has dedicated parking and everything you could want is pretty much in walking distance so no need to worry about finding parking. Beale is less than half a mile, the Peabody is less than a mile and the civil rights museum is extremely close. You couldn't pick a better spot if you tried. The condo itself is well maintained and hosts are quick to respond.
Tim is an excellent host. He always answers the questions quickly and with all the information you need. The apartment is in a perfect spot, close to everything within walking distance. The dedicated parking is perfect, and the apartment is clean and just like the pictures. I definitively recommend Tim and this apartment if you want to have a wonderful time in Memphis.

Een prachtig appartement met alles erop en eraan. Op loopafstand van Beale Street en andere bezienswaardigheden. Het Rock ‘n Soul museum is een aanrader. De Hall of Fame kun je overslaan, dat is de moeite niet. Maar alles dichtbij dus prettig. In de buurt leuke eettentjes. Even verderop (naar rechts uit het appartement) kun je goede sushi eten bij South Main Sushi. Vonden wij lekker eten en rustige sfeer. Het appartement zelf was verder heel ruim, licht en modern. De bovenburen kon je wel goed horen. Het is best gehorig, dat is eigenlijk het enige minpuntje. Verder top.
Amazing place to stay if you are around for a few days. So much space and such a cool flat. The list of recommendations was spot on! The only place I would add to his list is a bar called:- 8 and Sands at the Main Station.

Tim’s unit is in a great location! Very walkable to many of the local attractions and good restaurants. The unit is very efficient and clean. He provides many recommendations for restaurants, etc. that are close by. It’s a lovely place to stay and we would definitely come back!

I had the best experience staying here . The place was walkable and in the perfect location. Throughout my time working I had the opportunity to walk around a little, and went salsa dancing a block away. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone and will definitely come back to stay when I visit Memphis again!

Beautiful place in downtown Memphis. Love how accessible all the restaurants are around this Airbnb. I arrived at night and had no clue where it was. I think a picture of the entrance with the stairs and the parking lot would have also been helpful. Would have saved me a lot of time and stress. He is very quick at responding which is fantastic.

Positive: I like to start my reviews by stating I’m a former health inspector. This property is amazing. It’s a true one bedroom apartment right downtown Memphis. We were in town from Tuesday-Thursday. Location was quiet and in walking distance to most of the sightseeing spots in Memphis (National Civil Rights Museum, Gus’ Fried Chicken, Beale Street) and included free parking. The washer/dryer was a great addition to our stay.
Negative: Well it’s an apartment building so there was no fitness room/pool. In addition there’s only a Roku TV available so no cable tv but you can stream through the TV. None of those things were an issue for my wife and I.
Tim’s place is great! Exactly as shown. It was immaculate inside. The place is very easy to get to. The apartment has a designated numbered parking spot. We rented to go see a concert at the FedEx Forum. We walked back and forth. The Main Street trolley stop is just outside the front door and down the street. We will definitely plan to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place. He was super responsive and proactive with all instructions and directions. We enjoyed his guide to the area as it was very informative. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like and we liked how secure the place was. We also really liked how there is a designated parking spot off street. We were on the second floor towards the back of the building so while there is a restaurant below we didn’t hear it. We did have a lot of noise from the person upstairs. Sadly we didn’t sleep well because they were up all day and night and sounded like they were moving furniture all night. We also could hear them flush the toilet ever my time and shower. I’m sure everyone is not that noisy. You do hear the trolley as well go by until that stops running for the night. Overall I’d stay again if I return to Memphis. There is no elevator though!

This is a great spot for a couple or single person needing a place to stay in downtown Memphis. Walkable to everywhere downtown and convenient parking. The place is extremely clean and you have all the basics you need. Tim’s communication is top-notch.
If you’re not from Memphis, make sure you don’t leave stuff in your car. The parking lot is well-lit. There’s just nowhere downtown you should be leaving your stuff in your car. Just a heads up.
Also a note that this apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator so you must take a flight of stairs to access. That isn’t always clear in listings.

A fantastic location, pretty much a 10 minute walk max to everything you’d want to see. I’d suggest bringing cash (singles) to take the trolley, it was very convenient and fun to ride. There’s a stop right nearby. The only thing about the apartment that I wasn’t a fan of was how firm the mattress was but aside from that this place offered everything we could hope for. I saw a lot of reviews about the noise level, which concerned me going into it but wasn’t an issue at all. It would get pretty loud during the day but everyone seemed to quiet down at night.
Tim's place was actually just like the pictures described. Nice one bedroom apt./loft. Very easy to find and walkable to Beale street and restaurants. There were sleep masks and ear plugs but we didn't need them at all because it was quiet and the trolley is right outside the building but we barely heard it. The only things we had an issue with was the heat was not on when we checked in so it was very cold outside and very cold in the loft also there was no wine opener but nothing we couldn't solve and the loft warmed up very quickly. I would definitely stay here again. This would be my first option of anywhere to stay in Memphis because of location, convenience and comfortability. Definitely will be back

This was a really nice, quiet clean property! Perfect for being close to Beale St., museums and lots of dining options. All of that is walkable. Check-in was seamless and everything is like the photos. The only criticism is that the fan in the bathroom is very loud and cannot be turned off. Other than that it was great.
