This spot is the way to go if you want to be close near Memphis' main attractions. It's in a historic building that has been completely renovated and we were only the 2nd guests to stay! It did not however lack coziness and everything was provided - washer, dryer, internet, kitchen items, etc. There is also a private parking space provided for you. We had a great stay and recommend this place strongly!

This condo was excellent, and exactly as pictured! A prime downtown location with a parking spot included. Tim and his team were kind, professional, and prompt. I would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay at apartment. Once we arrived we never used our car. Beale Street was in walking distance along with many restaurants, although you only need to go downstairs to SOB to get the best food in town! (I would suggest the hamburger.) The trolley stop was conveniently located within a block of the room.
There were other guest, but we never saw or heard them. The windows were amazing! One whole entire wall was beautiful windows. Everything was thought through, they even had eye mask so you can sleep in if you would like. The bathroom was huge. I loved the open floor plan in the living area and privacy of the bedroom. There were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The washer and dryer came in handy since I was able to wash and dry my clothes the last night so I wouldn't have to do it when I got home.
The apartment was immaculate and it seemed like we were the first people to stay. Cleanliness is important to me, and I could not have asked for more!
I would suggest this apartment to anyone wanting an upscale getaway right in the center of downtown.

The location is downtown and located near restaurants, so on Friday and Saturday night you will hear some noise from people talking/walking on the street, cars passing by, occasional fire truck, etc. I have lived in large cities so this didn’t bother me. But during the weekdays pretty quiet.
The area is walkable with easy access to most of the main downtown attractions. A lot of good restaurants. Parking is easy, convenient and well lit. And access to the building is easy as well.
I’m almost afraid to give this a review because I don’t want this gem to be unavailable the next time I come to Memphis. The location is nice. I love the minimalist design. I’ve stayed here before and it’s my favorite place. Unfortunately, we had a bit of an issue due to a past guest being deceitful about their arrival (they inhabited the apartment but denied doing so), which left the place unprepared for me when they decided to leave. The team was quick to respond and place me in another apartment until they cleaned the original apartment. Thank you for your responsiveness!
Tim was a great host! The apartment was lovely, parking easy, and location great. There are a lot of windows which means restaurant lights shine right in, but adjusting the blinds mostly helped. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom and closet spacious. Kitchen is minimal but all that I needed. The walls are thin, but earplugs and eye masks were provided too. Thanks for a great stay!

This loft is a great value and is in close proximity to Beale Street & downtown Memphis. This is an active entertainment area, but quiets down nicely at a reasonable hour. The restaurant on the lowest level (SOB) is amazing and there are a lot of other options within easy walking distance. The loft is very roomy, nicely decorated, and totally remodeled. We had an amazing stay—would do it again and highly recommend to others.
Excellent place to stay. I enjoyed it because there were many places to eat and drink in walking distance. Scenery was also spectacular. Rarely had to drive once I got there.

This property is spot on! A clean, modern loft feel right in the heart of city sounds, historic sights and incredible food. I ventured to the corner for an amazing waffle, had a hamburger at the oldest nearby bar, paid tribute at the Civil Rights Museum and came home to relax in a comfy apartment. What a wonderful introduction to the city. The parking space was a bonus, the area safe and secure. I will be back for sure.

My only suggestion is that if you will be traveling in more than one car- scope out parking elsewhere because the building only provides one per apartment.
Location is great! Walking distance from Beale Street. The decor inside is fresh and airy. Very very clean! The kitchenette was nice as we were able to heat up some frozen pizza’s and use the microwave to heat up food. The washer & dryer was so convenient for us during a cross-country road trip. Getting in & out using the codes was easy and felt safe. Though lugging our luggage up all those stairs was a task! Their towels were small and I wish they kept a few more in the unit. Overall our stay was great and we were very pleased!
If your looking for a really nice place to stay when in Memphis this is your place... don't worry about parking cause you will have a designated spot. Puts you right in the atmosphere of the city. There is a restaurant on the first floor and another right across the parking lot.
This suite was very clean, well appointed, and a short walk from Beale Street and good eats. The designated parking spot made driving to further out attractions and restaurants a breeze. Self check-in was easy, too!
Great place. Tim and his colleagues were incredibly receptive when we had a brief plumbing issue and were prepared to address it immediately. Ideal location- right on Main Street and only a few minute walk to Beale. The only thing was that we felt limited in cookware (pans, skillets, spatula, etc.) but it wasn’t a huge issue due to all of the great restaurants around. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I really loved this property. It was comfortable and easy on the eyes. Before booking this property,, we had been looking at hotels. I am glad we tried this. I will be renting with Tim again during my next visit to Memphis. Oh! the location is prime as advertised. easy access to downtown.

This place is a must book! Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the team’s communication was impeccable, I couldn’t have asked for a better host, place to stay, and location. The condo was walking distance to Beale Street where there were a lot of bars and things to do and also restaurants were in close proximity. Tim's place was a great find in the heart of downtown Memphis. Check-in was super easy and the unit was as described. It was close to a lot of restaurants and night life, so it was very convenient to just walk to places. The unit was very tidy as well. It had everything we needed for a short weekend get-away.

Completely as pictured--super cute, clean and tidy. Location was perfect, close to so much. Parking lot is safe (and SUPER brightly lit). Walls are a bit thin, but that wasn't an issue. Communication was amazing with host and team. Loved our stay here.

Terrific location. Parked the car in our assigned spot (very nice to have in this area) and didn't get back in it till we left town. Plenty of excellent restaurants very close by. Easy walking distance to Beale/FedEx Forum, the Civil Rights Museum, Tom Lee Park, etc. The unit was bright, clean, and well-furnished.

Noisy. Furnishings and linens are cheap. Only one wine glass which is not ideal for couples. Towels are smallest and thinnest ever seen. No TV in bedroom. Ironing board cut my fiancé and should be thrown out. Did not disclose a mandatory water boil health advisory for the county until we overheard someone talking about it and we asked. I feel that should have been upfront before booking.
All-in-all, nice new place that does the trick, but don’t expect true coziness and comfort.

Lovely Apartment!
Positive: Lovely, clean apartment with everything you need. We took the opportunity to do some laundry as there was a washing machine and dryer. We had a dedicated parking space which was free of charge. Key codes to enter premises and the apartment so very secure. Good location, about a 10 minute walk to Beale Street. There is a couple of bars and restaurant near the apartment itself. The host was very helpful and always at the end of the phone if needed.
Negative: A little noisy but that wouldn't stop me from staying again. Difficult to locate at first but once the host confirmed the street name we found it straight away (The property doesn't mention Revitalized Historic Place)
We stayed at Tim’s place for St.Jude Marathon Weekend. It was super close to the start and finish lines (helpful when you’re running 26.2). It was super clean and exactly what we needed. I really appreciated the complimentary sleep masks and ear plugs. If you’re a light sleeper you may hear noise from the city traffic but it’s a very peaceful place otherwise. We used DoorDash twice and they had no issues getting to us and this morning after checking out we walked down to the famous Arcade Restaurant for an incredible breakfast and stopped by to see the Lorraine Motel on our way back to our car. It was a great stay and we are already planning on our return for race weekend next year!

We loved staying at Tim’s place on our trip through Tennessee. The apartment is huge, incredibly clean and well kept, it was lovely to have so much space. Tim was such a responsive host and had a brilliant list of recommendations for the area, felt really welcome.
I’m a light sleeper - noise & light can be an issue for me and there was a bit of light leek through the blinds in the night but Tim provided eye masks & earplugs so he’s thought of it all!

My husband and I traveled to Memphis for the first time and absolutely loved this city! The apartment was far better than any hotel in price for the amount of space. We walked to Beale Street, the Peabody, civil rights museum, many restaurants, and even a local grocery store for supplies! The host provided earplugs and masks to help ease any concerns about outside noise or lights and we slept great! If we return we will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else traveling here. 10/10 trip!
You can not go wrong staying at this lovely apartment. It was within walking distance to the National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, the Peabody Hotel, and other sites. It is located on the trolley line. We found it to be safe in the evenings, although we were not out too late either.

Having never been to Memphis before, I scoured the various booking sites reviewing neighborhoods, hotels, and rentals. Finally settled on this unit based on the reviews and so pleased we did.
Check-in and access to the building was easy, parking was convenient and felt secure. The neighborhood was very walkable to restaurants and attractions. Beale street was close enough to walk to but we were away from all of the craziness.
Was disappointing to see that many storefronts were vacant and after talking to some locals, there has been a lot of turnover in the neighborhood.
That being said, the unit was exactly like it was described. Shower pressure was strong, bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great. Our own little oasis from the record-breaking heat going on outside.
Would definitely recommend this location for folks to stay.
Good experience for my wife and I. Very clean. Only issue was the lights outside the bedroom windows make it quite bright to sleep. Heavy curtains instead of blinds would be helpful there. They were thoughtful enough to supply eye covers if you can sleep with those.
I found this property to be an enjoyable stay during my visit to Memphis. It’s central to many museums and restaurants and a short walk to the famous Beale St bars/restaurants. As a woman traveling independently I appreciated the building had a locked entrance and was well lit throughout. It is a bit noisy due to its downtown location however I didn’t find it to be a problem overnight. Would definitely choose it again over hotels in the area.
Absolutely loved this place and staying here for the weekend. We were in town to go to Graceland for my birthday. It was in a perfect location and we were able to walk to everything except Graceland. Just a 5-6 minute walk to Beale Street, 12 minute walk to The Peabody and just a block or two walk to numerous restaurants and bars. Having our own parking spot was wonderful! The condo was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom and kitchen/living area. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. Loved this place!!!
This place was awesome! It is a very short walk to Beale Street, the Blues Hall of Fame, National Civil Rights Museum, Gus's Fried Chicken and so much more. The response to any questions or concerns was fast, efficient and friendly. The unit is clean, quiet and newly refurbished. Very comfortable. We will stay here again when visiting Memphis.
My husband and I spent several days in Memphis and this apartment was perfect for us. The neighborhood is fantastic, with restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance, as is Downtown Memphis including Beale Street. Would absolutely stay here again. The communication regarding the rental, amenities and local recommendations were the best we have experienced.
We stayed 2 nights at this location. It is 3 blocks from the famous Beale street festivities. It also has several places to eat within the block, especially the the bedrock Cafe (great waffle meals). Overall great place to stay.

Went for my husbands 40th birthday. Apartment was clean and plenty room for us two. Walking distance to Beale St and definitely worth the walk. We went several times during our stay. If we're in the area again we'll definitely book here.

Let me start off by saying that my wife and I are seasoned travelers, having traveled in 40+ countries and more than half of the USA.
What we liked: great location, comfortable bed, and the place is clean. They provide a guidebook but it needs to be updated as some of the restaurants are closed down.
What we did not like: Forget about checking in early or a late checkout. We arrived half hour early and knocked on the door many times. No answer. I texted them and asked to check in and was told they are still getting the place ready. Not true! The cleaning people had come and gone. I asked for a 1 hour late checkout given that it was my birthday. I was told that they had to get place ready for next guest. I had checked VRBO and other sites where their places are listed and noone was checking in for the next two days. They said NO because someone might do a last minute check-in but I could pay for an extra night (what gall)!
They have 10 apartments in the building and no more than two parking spots were ever used. We have stayed in hundreds of rentals and this was the FIRST time I was met with such a corporate 'NO' answer. Unfriendly and unfortunate! They need to be more flexible and show some southern hospitality.
Other things, no towels or paper towels in kitchen so not able to dry hands or dishes. Bath towels are very small, almost kid size. Larger bath towels please. Also, no place to unpack clothes; no dresser and only 4 hangers. Really!
You can do better!!!!

Tim’s place is all about the location, walking distance to so much Memphis has to offer. I loved the decor and exposed brick and it was stocked with everything a person needed. The communication was excellent, any question was answered in minutes. We stayed 6 nights and one night had a noise problem with Tim addressed the best he could.
Great stay overall. Location, unit, and check in were all as advertised. Communication fast and clear. Walking distance to everything, good washer, and nice bedroom. Only odd thing: the desk/dedicated workspace is in the closet facing a wall. That was strange, but the kitchen table worked well for working. Otherwise, awesome stay!
The perfect location, very comfortable and clean. The parking couldn't have been better. Had some miscommunication with the property managers saying we didn't sign papers and send ID when we had. It all worked out and we had a wonderful stay. We will stay there again when we return to Memphis.

Upscale place in a great location for visiting Memphis. Perfect for a couple getaway!
The place was a gem. The three flights were a bit much for transporting a large suitcase. Be prepared to take the stairs for this unit.
Positive: The kitchen appliances were high quality name brand and there was adequate kitchen utensils and pots for making our own meals. Loved having a great washer/dryer (they are stacked and the controls for the dryer are at the top, which could be a problem for shorter people). Bed was comfortable, as was the living room area. Good sized dining table. Wifi was excellent. Central location in walking distance of Beale Street (few minutes), Mud Island (30 min) and close to the riverfront parks. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Negative: The listing talks about avoiding restaurant noise by taking a 3rd floor apt; however, the real noise comes from the bar across the street with the live band on an outside patio. To be fair,.it turned out it was only noisy the Friday night, but the bar advertises they're open until 1:30 Fri & Sat nights and to 11pm the other days. We feel we were really lucky because the patio, at least was not in use the other days at all.
It would have been great to have black-out curtains (or any curtains) in the bedroom area. The parking lot is VERY well lit and so even with the slat blinds closed the whole apartment was relatively bright all the time.
The fact that they provide eye masks and ear plugs tells me they are aware of both issues.

We stayed in a different unit the 2 nights before, loved it so much, we asked to stay another day. Safe location, walkable to absolutely everything downtown and right off the trolley line. Clean and spacious, really enjoyed our stay.
We had a fabulous time and this studio apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay! Very clean and modern looking. We were able to walk just about everywhere and used some of the recommendations for food and sightseeing! If we find ourselves in Memphis again we will definitely consider rooming here again.

We had an amazing time in Memphis because of this Apartments location. Everything downtown is walkable- can come back and take a siesta before heading out again. We came in super late due to plane delay-2am..so grateful for the email check-in with all the needed information. The back building entry from the parking lot is convenient/easy; loved the a/c and fans and pretty quiet even with the nearby bars/restaurants. Really appreciated the washer/dryer. My husband appreciated the sleep mask but would have preferred blackout curtains. Wonderful stay- thank you

Positive: Beautiful spacious apartment, well fitted. Comfortable bed. All the amenities we needed including washer/dryer. Excellent location - easy walking distance to both Beale street & Civil Rights museum. Free off-street parking. Quiet.
Negative: Honestly we can’t fault it. You have to be careful in wider Memphis as there are some rough areas, but this part seemed fine and we felt pretty safe.
Loved this Airbnb! There was so much to see and do nearby so we only had to get in our car once and that was to drive to the botanic gardens 15 minutes away. Tim’s place was clean and so comfortable. Finally an Airbnb that has a really comfortable bed! Parking was super easy and felt secure. The restaurant choices nearby were amazing. We loved Hustle & Dough and The Arcade Restaurant for breakfast, Dr. Bean’s for coffee, and Central BBQ and Gus’ Fried Chicken for dinner. If you need any type of essentials, there’s a DG market and City Market within walking distance. I highly recommend Tim’s Airbnb.

Positive: Very spacious apartment, modernly furnished. Within walking distance to Beale Street, close to the Civil Rights Centre (Lorraine Motel where M.L.K. Junior was murdered) which is a must see. Communication was friendly and quick. Sightseeing tips for the city available in the apartment.
Negative: We stayed on the Weekends and the room towards the street was quite noisy until 4 am (loud cars, police sirens) - maybe more quiet during the week.
