This is a great stay in a great location. They’re right in midtown, close to everything. It’s a relatively quiet street though, which is a perk in that area.
The unit itself is nice and had everything we needed, including a little washer/dryer. It’s easy to get in and out using the door lock codes. Overall, a great stay!
The only reason we gave this stay 4 stars instead of 5 is because we struggled with communication a bit. While they always responded to our messages promptly, they didn’t always seem to actually read the messages and answer our questions. It took a lot of back and forth to get the info we needed. But all the critical stuff (access codes, checkin info) was provided promptly!

Well located in Midtown Sac, walking distance to the food co-op, weekend farmers market, and many coffee shops and restaurants. And, if you want to cook your own dinner, the kitchen is more than adequate.

This is a great listing. Wonderful area. Parking can be a bit tricky but if you are planning to stay on weekends the street signs don’t apply anyways. Apartment was tidy and clean and all appliances were up to date and functioning. My boyfriend and I stayed when the weather was still crazy hot out so we were extra thankful this stay had ac! If you aren’t picky about your shampoo/conditioner/body wash brands the Airbnb provides them in those cool new push appliances a lot of hotels are starting to use. Overall great stay and would recommend to everyone!

This was a wonderfully located spot in the heart of midtown. Tons of spots to visit within walking distance and the host could not have been more communicative or friendly. The beds are literally godly too — one of the most comfortable I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. Tim, seriously, where’d you get that mattress and pillow? I want to buy one.
Anyway, would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for helping make this trip a memorable one!

This place was perfect for our family as it had ample space, located in a quiet neighborhood and short drive away from downtime Sacramento. Parking was convenient. The unit itself is has been recently and very thoughtfully updated. The basics - hot shower, AC, Appliances including washer/dryer - are all these and were in excellent condition. Comfortable beds, couches, solid Wi-Fi and the TV even has its own Netflix account! There was a minor confusion at checkin and Host was very responsive and sorted it out within minute. Great value overall! Would return if ever in the area again!

Great central location and everything was as pictured. We enjoyed using this as a base for exploring Sacramento for a few days as well as a good spot to do some remote work (internet was fast and reliable).

Tim’s place was great! Self check- in was straight forward, parking was reserved which was nice. The condo was very clean, well organized, had everything we needed. Perfect size for up to 3-4 people. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice. Living room was comfy. Bedrooms are roomy, laundry available.
Had a wonderful stay for two nights to explore Sacramento. The location was perfect and easy access to shops, restaurants and other sites. We explored using the LIME scooters and and bikes which made for a fun adventure. Communication with host was easy and access into the home was seamless. Beds were very comfortable, linens very soft and apartment was nicely appointed. I would suggest staying here!

Stayed 3 nights for a convention in town. Unit was as described in surprisingly quiet neighborhood – road noise is always a big concern for me. It was pretty cold the first night (not the weather but inside the unit) and we found out that all 3 built-in electric heaters in the unit were dead. Upon inquiry we were told to use space heater in the closet. Would have been nice if we were told ahead of time. There is a designated parking behind the building but it’s really tight, so if all the quests bring bit larger vehicles you will be in trouble. Otherwise it’s been good stay and would recommend.
Nice and convenient location. Short walk to some great restaurants and wonderful coffee shop (Old Soul). Tim communicated timely and all was as promised. Would not hesitate to return.

This location was extremely convenient to many of the places that Sacramento has to offer. We were walking distance to the state capitol as well as eateries.
The place had tons of amenities and was as expected from the listing. Tim has a great team that was very responsive in communication.
The dedicated parking was a plus in the back. It’s a bit tight if you aren’t comfortable with apartment/tandem style parking. The unit was located on the top floor.
Overall, I would use this space again if I’m ever back In the Sacramento area. We had a great stay during our visit.
Place was good. Centrally located near a couple shops and other things near Midtown. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Nice shower.
Some parts of the apartment shows signs of wear, or cheap furnishings, but it was definitely serviceable.
Note that it's up a long flight of stairs, so not a good choice if you're elderly, disabled, or traveling with an infant.
Communication was good. Somewhat limited amenities (no extra towels, sheets, toilet paper, plates, glasses, etc).
Overall a good option for that part of town.

Thank you Tim for hosting us, it was a great place! We would’ve rated 5 stars but we did have some trouble keeping the living area and the bedroom with the French doors cold at night. We had trouble feeling rested when it was so hot. The other bedroom was perfect. We also struggled with the TV remote working properly. But we appreciate how clean the apartment was and everything that was provided including the coffee and laundry pods! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and would absolutely rebook here, but probably in the fall/winter when it’s not so hot inside.

The Midtown Stays team offered a nearly perfect Abnb experience. The experience and communication were convenient and without issue.
At this particular location, the unit is very clean, walkable to everything in Sacramento, and in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. The main AC system seems to have some issues but several portable units were installed and kept the space completely comfortable. If you have an extra person or couple to split the bill (there are two large beds) it is an incredible bargain. If not, you get your money’s worth for such a great experience.

Lovely apartment in Midtown area, close to restaurants and the metro line. We stayed at Tim’s in the middle of a major rain and wind storm and the management team was very helpful in communicating with us on the power outage and what was going on. The apartment was warm enough even when the power went out! We will definitely stay again.

My friend and I were visiting a mutual friend in Sacramento and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and to different nearby attractions/historical sites. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and Tim even had a couple of space heaters available since it was so chilly when we were there. We appreciated his restaurant recommendations, too. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again!
I was grateful each step of the experience. There was an elegant ease throughout the experience whether in communications to the location to the comfortably appointed space to the check out. I would very much recommend this host and their property.

Tim’s place was spacious, easy to access, and in the heart of midtown. He was very responsive whenever I had a question, and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that he was not willing to accommodate for an early check in or late check out.

We loved Tim's place. It was spacious, clean, quiet. Everything we wanted was available, in the kitchen, the parking behind the house. It is an apartment with a style of it's own, which is a rare thing. Tim and Nida were very proactive in guiding us to their place and helping out with everything we wanted to know. The bed was great, and the bedroom was well-aired, which is something we always look for.
In the neighborhood we found a great place for coffee: Seasons Coffee Roasters on N Street. In short, this was a perfect experience. Highly recommended.

The Airbnb looked exactly like the photos! The place was clean and very comfortable to stay in for my short trip. Communication was quick & I’d definitely recommend someone to stay here! Only suggestion would be to put a mirror in the 2nd bedroom to make it easier getting ready. Otherwise I was overall very happy with my stay!
As always, Tim's places are my go-to, and always absolutely perfect. In a world full of stress and strain, Tim and his team created a zero drama, zero problem, zero issues, perfect locations, accommodations, communications and in every other aspect, a perfect host and innkeeper. I highly recommend his places but please ask me first so. always have a place to stay. I would hate to have to go anywhere else.
The 1890 apartment is well located and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood not far from many restaurants and cafes. Good place to base when in Sacramento.

Tim's place was in my favorite area of Midtown Sac. The parking spot is GOLD in this area, especially with the street regulations. I was so thankful this came as part of the stay at the upscale 1890s apartment. Two bedrooms, one equipped w/ a washer & dryer, gave me some great options as a single traveler. The bedroom facing 23rd St is what I chose, and the bed, linens, and extra pillows was the comfiest bed I've stayed in while traveling and staying at an Airbnb. Slept great each of the five nights. Kitchen was well-equipped, including a freezer with ice maker, which I love to have to ice up all my drinks before heading out. Bathroom has great water pressure, and includes amenities in case you forgot some at home. I only spent one evening in relaxing on the couch and enjoying Netflix on the smart TV, all of which worked really well/fast. Couch is comfy. I would say if you're traveling with 3+, you might want to try to rent two of Tim's apts in the bldg so you can really spread out!

Lovely space, great location. Situated to get to and from easily around Sacramento. Quiet. Plenty of room for 2 to stretch out and relax between activities. I would stay here again. 😀

The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well stocked. Tim was quick to answer any questions that we had. This place has a great location with many sights and restaurants within walking distance. It will be my go to place when I visit Sacramento again.
What a great place to stay at. Walking distance to an assortment of fun restaurants and bars. Also walked to the farmers market on Saturday which was fantastic. Best farmers market I’ve been to.
Place was clean, quiet and Easy to find and very comfy.
Only downfall was the parking. But this was noted in description and I do have a large truck. Smaller cars would have no problem.
Have to go to Sacramento on business every other month and I found my new ATF Airbnb in Sacramento.
